Creating a Thriving Workplace
17th- 22nd October 2022
During lockdowns, how many times did you imagine yourself relaxing on a tropical island, cocktail in hand, a warm breeze on your face and the sound of the waves lapping on the sand? We certainly did and we are planning to do this in October 2022 in beautiful Vanuatu!
Our “Creating a Thriving Workplace” seminar will help to develop your leadership and management skills and help to make your workplace more successful. The seminar will cover topics such as recruitment; creating a positive workplace culture; retaining excellent staff; managing burnout; the importance of work-life balance; and the challenges of social media. Be the employer that people want to work for! Check out the full program here.
Eratap Beach Resort will be the perfect background for relaxed learning and an opportunity to recharge the batteries. This Aussie-run resort is a small, boutique resort, providing a tranquil, tropical escape. It is situated a short drive from the capital, Port Vila, making it extremely accessible. A short flight from the east coast of Australia -depart in the morning and be on the beach, cocktail in hand, by mid-afternoon! There is wonderful snorkelling on the house reef situated right in front of the resort, as well as kayaks, surfboards and SUPs to use for the energetic. Or perhaps just relax by the pool when not learning to be the best boss you can be 😉.
Our keynote presenter is Karen Stahl. Karen is an experienced & authentic Global HR leader with demonstrated agility working across a variety of industries and cultures to help individuals, teams and organisations thrive. She specialises in coaching senior leaders, team effectiveness and engaging workplace cultures. She maintains a strong business focus from an early career as a Chartered Accountant.
