A fantastic trip thru the Galapagos with internationally renowned Canadian therapists Diane Lee and LJ Lee  presenting their groundbreaking research on:

 "When the pelvis gives way, it's tough to play"

Post WCPT we cruised around the Baltic on a luxury liner. In between amazing shore excursionsDr Helen Clare presented a great learning experience:

"The  McKenzie method: Treat yourself"

20-26 July, 2010.

 We enjoyed a fabulous safari in a luxury private game resort in the Kruger National Park region, Sth Africa. We had a phenomenal study/vacation experience. Professor Gwen Jull presented her groundbreaking research:

“Management of cervical spine disorders:

whiplash and cervicogenic headache”

6-19 July, 2009.

We visited Spitsbergen, East Greenland and Iceland and we went to 80 degrees north. On our way we saw walrus stampeding, 14 polars hunting, swimming and staying alive, fur seals, albatross, orcas, puffins. In between amazing zodiac trips and hikes Prof Paul Hodges and LJ Lee presented:

    9 -17 September &  16-24 September 2009.
    We visited the Galapagos Islands. Prof Paul Hodges and Jenny Mc Connell AM ran a 2 day seminar in the most amazing venue on the shores of Puerto Ayora, with iguanas, crabs, frigate birds and a pelican wandering around the deck.

    "Evolving Understanding and Treatment of Musculoskeletal Pain".

 In conjunction with Peregrine Adventures, StuVac Seminars has also organised 3 seminars in the Antarctic . Each seminar has been an amazing adventure combined with a great learning experience. Keynote speakers were Jenny McConnell AM (2008), Professor Paul Hodges and Dr Helen Clare (2009), Professor David Sonnabend and Rani Lueder (2010).

 22 February-12 March, 2010.

We visited Antarctica, South Georgia and the  Falklands.

Prof David Sonnabend and ergonomist Rani Lueder presented:


"Intervention and Prevention in Health: Research to Practice"


Accreditation was received from the RACGP and the RACP. AFRM Fellows were able to claim up to 40 CPD points for this conference
